The total amount of energy in the universe is zero. Most likely the universe came to be from the nothing
and it will dye by expanding and cooling down forever

Science is certain there is life after death

Only things that matter aren't made from it

Love, hate, and the like are not made of atoms, they are just concepts, though, they are creations of our
brain, so is kind of lie this line

Only love remains in the universe

This is not true. It’s just a pleasant line to make the song happier. 

Love is made inside our brains. It is made of atoms and molecules

and their electrochemical reactions and quantum fluctuations. 

Like everything else, love will also vanish and die
